Return Policy

At ZULP, we want your child to move comfortably and confidently. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. 7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

You may request a return within 7 days if:

  • The size does not fit

  • The product is unused

  • The product is in original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and labels are intact

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

  • Shoes must be unworn and unwashed

  • Product must not show signs of use or damage

  • Original invoice must be available

  • Product must be returned in original shoe box and packaging

ZULP LABS LLP reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Items purchased during final sale (if applicable)


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at hello@wearzulp.com

  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return

  3. Our team will guide you with the return instructions

Approved returns must be shipped back within the instructed timeline.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after product inspection

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will resolve the issue on priority.


7. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
Customers can initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
