Refunds and Cancellation Policy
At ZULP, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order:

Within 24 hours of placing it, OR

Before the order has been shipped (whichever is earlier).
To cancel, email us at hello@wearzulp.com with your order details.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return request raised within 7 days of delivery.

Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Tags and original invoice must be intact.

The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or washing.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Products purchased during final clearance sales

Damaged products due to misuse

Items returned without original packaging
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item shipped.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share photos of the product and packaging at hello@wearzulp.com.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Return Shipping

Return pickup may be arranged by us (subject to serviceability).

If pickup is unavailable in your location, you may be required to self-ship.

Return shipping fees may apply unless the issue is due to product defect.
7. Exchanges
We currently offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.
If your desired size is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
