Refunds and Cancellation Policy
At ZULP, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order:

Within 24 hours of placing it, OR

Before the order has been shipped (whichever is earlier)
To cancel, email us at hello@wearzulp.com with your order details.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
-
Tags, labels, and original invoice are intact
-
Product does not show signs of wear, damage, or washing
Please note:

Products that have already been exchanged are not eligible for return.

Orders placed using the coupon code NORETURN are not eligible for return or refund.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Orders purchased using the coupon code NORETURN

Products purchased during final clearance sales or non-returnable promotions
-
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care

Items returned without original packaging, tags, or labels

Products that have already been exchanged
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
-
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

Shipping charges and COD charges (if applicable), including the ₹49 partial COD amount collected as a cash-on-delivery handling fee for managing cash logistics, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item being shipped.
Orders purchased using the coupon code NORETURN are not eligible for refunds.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:

A damaged product

A defective product

An incorrect item
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share photographs of the product and packaging at hello@wearzulp.com.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, as applicable.
6. Return Shipping

Return pickup may be arranged by us, subject to serviceability

If pickup is unavailable in your location, you may be required to self-ship the product

Return shipping fees may apply unless the issue is due to a product defect or an error on our part
7. Exchange Policy
We offer one-time size exchanges, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must satisfy the following conditions:

Request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
-
Original packaging, tags, and invoice are available
-
Requested size is in stock
Additional exchanges will not be permitted unless required due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product received from ZULP.
If the requested size is unavailable, eligible regular orders may be refunded as per this policy.
Orders purchased using the coupon code NORETURN are eligible for one-time size exchange only and are not eligible for return or refund.
